Return Policies

We at RobustDiet.Com offer you a complete peace of mind as you can hassle-free return all products. You can raise your return request/complaint by contacting us at info@robustdiet.com.

Easy Return – “No Question Asked” Refund Policy

In a case, you receive a broken product, you can use our return order policy to make a return order and avail your money refunded in terms of reward points. However, if you have already made payment for your purchased products then make sure the following conditions are met:

 

  • The purchased product should not be used or have any kind of damage.
  • The purchased product should be unused with unbroken seal.
  • The purchased product should be in re-sealable condition.

 

Opened or used products can’t be returned for refund or exchange. If there are some kind of health issues, we request you to consult your physician or doctor first before buying because the return/exchange is not valid once after opening the product’s packaging. Exchange & refund of purchased product is subjected only after our QC approval. In case QC disapproves, the same product will be dispatched back to the buyer.

 

Note:

There is no any wallet credit support or any other credit support or generating of refunds similar to other e-commerce websites.

a) Order Cancellation before Delivery: If the order is canceled before delivery, there will be a full money refund in terms of Reward Points.

b) Order Cancellation after Delivery: If the order is canceled just after its delivery, there will be a refund made after the QC in terms of Reward Points. 

 

a) Return the Product

If it is a case, you received a damaged product in Transit or during the time of acceptance:

 

  • Your order will be replaced without any extra cost, if you don’t accept the parcel at your doorstep & declare the courier as a damaged order & take the copy from the delivery boy and attach it to the appeal made.
  • Your replacement order will be shipped to you within 48 hours of the returned product containers received by us.
  • If your ordered product is out of stock or we can’t deliver the product at your doorstep and you have already done with payments, then you will be able to get a full refund with shipping/delivery charges.

  • Exchange & refund of purchased product is subjected only after our QC approval.
  • If QC disapproves, the same product will be dispatched back to the buyer.

 

b) If it is a case, where you found a damaged product just after opening the external packaging, but there is no damage note from your end to courier:

 

You can send the image of damaged parcel packing or damaged product to us at info@robustdiet.com within 24 hours just after receiving the product. If there is any damage or fault from our end/courier service, your order will be replaced without any cost. Your replacement order will be shipped to you within 48 hours of the returned products received & approved by our QC team.

If QC disapproves, the same product will be dispatched back to the buyer.

 

c) Wrong Product Delivery Done

If you receive a wrong flavored or wrong size of the product you can replace your order without any extra cost. Your replacement order will be shipped to you within 48 hours of the returned products received by us. If your ordered product is out of stock or we can’t deliver the product at your doorstep and you have already done with the payments, you will be able to get a full refund with the shipping/delivery charges.  

 

In a case, you don’t require order re-shipment and just want to cancel the order, only shipping/delivery charges will be charged.

d) Defective BodyBuilding Product Shipped 

If the defective order is delivered, your replacement order will be shipped to you within 48 hours of the returned products received by us. If your ordered product is out of stock or we can’t deliver the product at your doorstep and you have already done with payments, then you will be able to get a full refund with shipping/delivery charges.

 

In a case, you don’t require order re-shipment and just want to cancel the order, only shipping/delivery charges will be charged.

e) Courier Partner’s Many Attempt Shipment but Buyer not accepted

Refund will make Exclusive shipping/transit payments once after the shipment from the end of courier partner.
